At this point, one of the arguments is that Trump would win a one-state-on-vote Presidential Election in Congress because the Republicans control more state delegations.  And, we already have precedent for the majority popular vote winner to lose the Electoral College, so having Congress choose somebody other than the popular vote winner is not out of the question or out of precedent.

But, I doubt it is really that simple to predict how each state would vote.  There are still a lot of Republicans who dislike Trump.  I would like to see some more insightful analysis.
